Cost of entry and what does this include?
Cost: Rider - R1000; Pillion - R500
This includes: Camping facilities, goodie bag, tea + coffee, all meals, snacks, Cash Bar and ride. You may also whish use the Tennis facilities, so do not forget your tackies.
(Meals include: Friday - Dinner, Saturday - Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner and Sunday - Breakfast)

What to bring?
Tent, mattress, sleeping bag, towel, toiletries, casual clothing. The evenings are cool so bring warm clothes.

17:00 Back at Post Retief to relax and enjoy the evening with good food and. P.S. It gets dark at approximately 6 pm so it is advisable to arrive before then!!!!!!!

Indemnity ruling
Apon arrival at registration you will be asked to sign an indemnity form. This form will stipulate that if you choose to enter for the Post Retief Club Bikers weekend, then you agree to do this entirely at your own risk and indemnify the organizers, Sponsors and their Agents against any damages sustained by you or your belongings. You agree to abide by the rules and regulations of the Organizers, Sponsors and their Agents whose decision will be final.
