Selling my "adventurised" 2016 NC750X

Dominator exhaust (I like that its not overly loud, Just slightly meatier than the OE pipe)
Honesty section:
One of the heated grips stopped working. To be honest I would just replace the whole thing as the controller has acted up before. I stripped and cleaned it with no more issues but once bitten.
There is some damage to the rear fairing (see photos). This was when my DIY laggage rack broke on a corrugated road and damaged the rear fairing.
The chain has developed a tight spot. Rear sprocket looks fine. Havent looked at the front sprocket but given the mileage done with this chain (+-23 000 km) both chain and sprockets will most likely need replacing.
Other than that no other issues. Valves were checked at 55 000km as well as coolant flushed and engine serviced.
I had the bike since 26 000 km and oil and filter changed every 10 000 km or annually. Air filter was changed at 50 000 km.
Reason for Selling:
I dont really ride it anymore. I usually only go around the peninsula and I prefer riding my XR 250 tornado around.
