280km of dirt around Swellendam

There is nothing beter than a perfect Saturday morning 2 bikes and terain from fast gravel to tecnical. Swellendam area is looking amazing with all the Canole in full bloom and green lands every where. We rode from Overberg to Klein karoo. Attcahed are some pics.

Saw a rider wipe out on Tradouws pass (road bike) not wearimg any protection, please  riders rather sweat than bleed.

this ride is +/- 3-4 hours depending if you wanna finish or take in the views.
we rode from The malgas/Infanta turnoff of the N2. 65KM you get toMalgas, go over the pont go towards Buffeljags. then turn right on N2 and go to Suurbrak (a bit of tarr)  then drive throough zuurbrak past grootvadersbos and youl hit gravel (amazing riding there between farmers land (remeber to slow down where there is Farm houses) then +/- 70km from buffeljags you'll get a sign Gysmanhoek pass turn left and enyou you'll end up 10km from ronnie sex shop. after taht depending on time to world your oyster in the klein karoo.

that blue machine is a 690 Rally made for dakar mmmmm
yes, it is a peace off artwork, i wasn't riding it but the suspension is in a world of it's own.
both of us were there to enjoy our ride so never went over 120km but that 690 when it opens up the world knows about it. we kept our distances to avoid dust, straingly enough due to me knowing area the Orange monster was leading.
