3 x Friends vs 12 x Old Garden Route Passes via 3 x Enemy Brands ...

After a long drought riding together, myself; Skolla & Baked Beans re-united this past 2 days through possibly the most scenic riding one can experience in the Garden Route ...

I don't recall all the names - but it started with the old Seven Passes from George to Knysna ...

Brunch was and interesting affair at "Totties" ...  : Best Chicken/Mayo I've ever had!!!  Worst Russian Skolla ever had!!!  :snorting: :lol8:
From a slowly recovering Knysna, we took "Kom se pad" towards Avontuur ...

From "Kom se pad" we went left towards Avontuur (it is on this piece of road where potholes are born!!  ) and then right on the R340 towards Plett. From there we headed East by N2. After some coffee at The Crags, we turned right towards Natures Valley to go down and up the spectacular Grootrivier Pass, before we took the even more spectacular Bloukrans Pass (the closed one). On the EC side it is literally getting narrower and narrower on account of rock falls and bush encroachment, but shyte it is awesome!!  :thumleft:

We ended up at the Backpackers in Storms river Village. Not a bad place - except they were out of Brandy and Whisky !!!  :xxbah:
Nevertheless, we had a nice evening around the "braai" ... It is HERE where gorgeous young foreign ladies comes from ...  :drif: :eek7: :drif: atch:

Sunday morning the place was a "beehive" of activity, so we decided to get the hell outta there...
Basically back-tracked via the Bloukrans and Grootrivier again...

We back-tracked up to R340's T-junction with the St. Alfred's Pass route ...

My mate and I have done similar route, ended our trip in Knysna...

... and then the usual stop at Angies - just to make sure they're still there ...  atch:

And then sadly last but not least ... the great De Vlugt route, and one last Pass in the form of Montagu Pass ...
