my 390 adv battery has been on the way out for quite a while now, & is now completely dead.
since i have relocated, & my garage is now at the bottom of the hill, instead of at the top, bumpstarting is not really an issue.
my problem is that the key to open the seat & get access to the battery is not working - it will just not turn. i have tried penetrating oil, wiggling, pushing, bumping, etc. & still no success...
so my question is - is there any way to work around the key / lock to access the battery, that i, as a not very handy person could do?
any advice would be great.
