Traditionally the National Bash was held a little later in the year but this time we moved it forward. This is to reduce the chances that work or holiday events will conflict with the Bash. Hopefully even more of you will be able to make it to this one!
The following areas are short-listed for our gathering:
Vanderkloof Dam area
Barkley West area
Kalkfontein dam area (near Koffiefontein)
Gariep dam
Somewhere in Transkei
We welcome your suggestions and opinions on the above destinations. If you have camped in any of the above areas and would like to recommend a locale, here is your opportunity.
The exact format regarding catering and comfort will be announced later since it depends on the camping facilities and infrastructure.
Keep a close eye on this thread. More and more info will be given as time goes by.
