Hi all,
I've been following the forum for a while now mainly from the UK where I worked for two years and now need to pull finger and now need help.
I'm back in SA now and brought my XT660R along which I used to tour quite a bit with in the UK and would like to explore our neighbours.
Two mates and I are planning a trip through Botswana and then down Namibia back home in May this year. (Two XT's and one 800GS)
Botswana is basically sorted and agreed on, but we have about 9 days for Nam, so I would really appreciate your TOP SPOTS / ROADS / MUST DO's or any suggestions that should make this trip a memorable one.
We like it ruff and tough, although limited sand experience.
Accommodation can / must be basic - prefer camping (travelling in May)
Any GPS Coordinates / tips on routes / specific roads / accommodation will be appreciated and you will be rewarded with a decent RR.
