Hello,
My rear rotor on my 990R is now very very loose, sounds like a tin can with stones inside when riding on the dirt! I logged a warranty claim with RAD (in January this year) as this started when the bike had just 18000 km's on and within two years from purchase. KTM Austria refused the claim saying that my milage is high and this is a wearable item - just how long do they make these parts (or bikes for that matter) to last if they consider 18000 km's high milage!
I have since taken this up with Brian Todd at KTM SA. Being the gentleman that he is he is very patient with the factory in Austria, I would have lost it by know waiting for a reply!
While we all wait for the boffins in Austria to decide on, what I believe is a common problem with the weak rivits on the 990R rear rotors, I need another rotor...where can I buy a solid rear rotor for my 2010 990R?
Regards
