We are opening bookings for the following courses. The well-known Hekpoort training course (DP1) has been re-located to Gerotek which offers far more variable terrain and improved camping facilities.
Dual Purpose Rider Skills (DP1) - This course is directed at preparing the individaul to the level of "green" routes. It instills essential skills around effective use of controls, balance, emergency braking and up and downhill techniques. Also included is night riding, uphill recovery, sand riding and jumping a fox hole. Previously held at Hekpoort.
Dual Purpose Rider Skills (DP2) - the much sought after one day course (Sunday) focusing on practical application and advanced technical off-road skills at the level of "orange" routes. It embeds, amongst other aspects, team work and camaraderie. This course is designed to expand boundaries in rider confidence and ability.
Completion of any of the ADA or CountryTrax courses is a pre-requisite to participate in this course. Camping on Saturday evening is available for those wishing to join the DP1 guys and enjoy the campfire stories.
