Advise Please.....White spots on the black plastic covers on the bike

Hi Guys

Recently took bike to a car wash, after off-road trip, wasn't my first time taking it to the same car wash. But only this time, it had white spots on everything black on the bike. I have no idea what they used, but have tried washing the bike but the spots are still there.

Anyone experienced the same issue? what can I use to remove?
