Bought the AirMan 11 months ago, and used it a couple of times at home before rides. The unit is as good as new and worked fine until it start giving problems this morning. When not connected to the valve it runs perfectly. When connected it starts to run, and 2 seconds later it stop running. Switching it on and off doesn't help, it is only when disconnected from the valve that it runs again.
For what it's worth; on the 310 I connected the compressor to a cigarette plug that runs directly to the battery, and it worked fine. Now on the 800 I am using the OEM hella socket, first via a hella-cigarette adapter and then via a hella male, directly connected the hella female. Both instances experienced the same issue.
Any ideas on what might be wrong, maybe something simple that I miss? The hella plug on the 800? I'll take it back to the dealer on Monday, guess it should still be under warranty.
