Structurally it is superb with optional Oxford back protector installed. Elbow and shoulder pads are stock.
Why so cheap? Cosmetics not great. Walked into the garage wall a couple of times so lots of scuffs on the shoulders and the reflective strips scuffed a bit.
And… one pocket zipper needs to be replaced.
