Alternative routes from Waterval Boven to Kaapsehoop

Hey 'dogs. Can anyone advise on an alternative dirt route from Machadodorp/Waterval Boven to Kaapsehoop area? Don't want to do Clivia Pass again - getting tired of having to BS at Ngodwana Sappi boomgate.......

I see there are some dirt roads leading from Waterval Boven but they all seem to be marked on T4A as "no access / mine security check / permit required". Are these roads passable? 

Any input / suggestions would be appreciated  :thumleft:
