Howzit okes, I've entered Malle Moto for Amageza this year, not sure it was the smartest thing I've ever done, but Malle Moto it is.
I was wondering how many other guys have and perhaps we could share some preparation ideas and tips with each other. Any good advice from guys who have not entered Malle Moto or even the rally would also be great.
To kick off here's some things I've found helpful:
Pop up Malamoo tent available at 4x4 megaworld is perfect, I used it before in 2013 and was super easy to set up and put down and no problems in the heavy rain.
I also leave a small led torch connected to the tent on the inside so when it's up I always know where it is.
I also keep a cheap watch attached with the torch for a morning alarm so my phone can stay off and preserve the battery.
A nightly service checklist on the inside of my box.
A head torch is a must.
