So on Saturday 9th March I became the proud owner of my newest project.
Unfortunately I wont be able to start on it right away as I’m busy restoring this:
And the deal with SWAMBO is that I don’t start on the bike till its complete.
So I’m looking about a month from now.
In the meanwhile, here is what I have to work with.:
And some donor parts:
Its an ’81 but the front end is off an XL600, thus the disc.
I know I have my work cut out for me, but I’m hoping to have it done within the next 6 months or so.
Anyone got any spare engine parts, don’t be shy to speak up.
