halo guys and gals,

i was driving the other day in capetown, and went of the N2 towards mowbray main road. there this vark in a merc ran me off the road..luckily i didn't get hurt but my bike did.
the vark bent my footpeg - or rather the metal arm holding the footpeg - so i was kind off angry and was afraid i was gonna moer the guy..so in my hurry to get away from the situation i said it's okay the vark must just open his eyes and be more cautious of bike riders...but i didnt take his details and neither did i ask him to fix the damages..yea bit silly of me.

so now i have this bent footpeg arm and ktm cape town told me they need to ship it in and will cost me around R900 bucks and +- 3 weeks waiting time.

can anyone maybe recommend a engineering firm where i can get the same or maybe a second hand replacement for cheaper than R900 and in a quicker space of time?

i would really appreciate any feedback you got for me.
i have attached photos of the part

thank you guys and gals and i wish you a happy, free and awesome weekend!
