AT Throttle Cable Position

Hi,

I have never been able to figure this out correctly. On th a throttle side of the bars, from left to right I first fit the master cylinder, then the start and cut off switch, then the throttle housing.

Then is the cables from the throttle housing supposed to be on top, in front or at the bottom.
