ATGATT that keeps you cool.

I have a MotoV jacket which I wear all the time I ride, but it is not very comfy in summer.  What jacket can I get that will keep me warm in winter and comfortably cool in summer and yes, I did remove the thermal lining and opened the vents - I still get very hot as soon as I slow down.
I want a jacket that will give me the protection I need, but is also a comfy temperature.
