Just come back from a great weekend through Lesotho.
Had to fill up a few times in Lesotho and as you know they all decanter out of Drums.
It was a tuff ride specialy the Village Chief road but we made it with a few beakdowns.Fixed by Alfie Cox and Andre Kriel.Great to see them at work in the Bundu.
On my way back from Underberg all whent well for the first 20Km then I noticed a bit of jerking on the downhill .This dissapeared if I open the throttle. Then on the down hill to the Umkomaas bike started to back fire.Again all was well if I open up.
Gave it stick and reaching Howick bike back to normal.
Last Petrol was put in at Underberg with 44km on the Feullight.
What can be the cause?
Do you think I must replace Feul filter( done it 1000 km ago)?

Another problem I had was going up Matabeng pass I smelled petrol and the feul light came on as I reached the top.Feul was leaking from the right front.Could not see any clear damage.
Started the decent fast as I am now worried I am not going to make the 50 Km to the Chinashop for feul. The light whent off got there filled only the left tank.At Underberg filled up both tanks and no more leaking.

Was this from the overflow as my tanks were full going up the pass?
