Hi guys,
So this weekend I took the bike out for some serious off road fun.
I got some sweet air over a small hill but this hill had a nice landing spot so you can land safely
I then went on to a ramp... It's about 1m high and I took it at quite a high speed, landed it with both wheels touching at the same time. According to my friends who sat on the side and watched , the shocks weren't even halfway down..
But the problem is that my back wheel landed on a small bump and just as the back suspension came jumping back, my knees gave in and I sat down...
:dousing: I felt the most excruciating pain I've ever felt in my life... I though my coccyx had broken clean off but luckily it just seems bruised...
So what I want to ask is this: Do any of you have any good lower back exercises that work? And any advise regarding comuting to work with my temporary lower back pain?
Any help/advice would be greatly appreciated :thumleft:
