Ballistics Vest - Washing/Cleaning

I have a Thor Impact Rig SE, the one with the long sleeves.

So I want to know how to clean/wash it…

Can you just pop it in the washing machine or what?

The back/spine protector is removable but the rest of the plastics/armor is part of the suit.

Shirley will remove my balls if it screws up her washing machine.

What do you guys do?
