Beemer box replacement with Trax boxes

I am conciddering replacing my standard Beemer panniers (see pic below) with Trax boxes. Do the Trax boxes come with all the mounting hardware for a 1200GS? What will be a fair price for the beemer boxes or is there a swop option somewhere? Pros and conns of changing to the Trax boxes.
If anyone has done this or vendors, please advise?
