Bike for Pillion friendly dirt rides, any ideas?

i have a R80 G/S, and very happy with it. do get stupid questions from time to time, like, when i'm going to buy a real/new bike.?

so here the question, what would be a good pillion bike where i could still do some technical stuff, and have the missis on the back on dirt with luggage ext on the back?
