On a lot of advertisements lately I see the following line:
"Bike has been scraped, but all paperwork available to re-register."
What does that mean and how does that work?
Why would they be scrapped but still have paperwork?
And it is as easy as going to the Department with papers in one hand and the monies in the other and walk out with a registered motorcycle?
