Bike intercom systems... which one/

I am concidering an intercom system for the bike... but still have many questions.

- Should one get this? Yes, I would love to be in contact with the pillion and possibly even with other bikes nearby... but do I really want a back seat driver telling me to slow down, watch out for the car, the dog, the kids.... ?  >

- I know about Autocom, Beahr and a few others, but which one do I select? Confusion reigns.  ???

I would like to have a discussion with the pillion as a minimum... other bikes with the same systems maybe also, then be able to use the cellphone, from the cellphone listen to radio, music, get directions/instructions from the GPS maybe etc

Are there any dogs that use any of these... which ones are the best? Please share your experiences.
