Bike lift, first attempt

Been trying to do some things on the XR, and the lean angle of 68degrees,  and working alone, it is a bitch to work.

So I scanned the net and found this.

and

I then strolled to the metal grave yard and found

Bit of cutting and welding and I came up with this.

Then I took out the wire brushes and did a lot of cleaning, before I started the primer.

Still some stripping and primer to do tonight and tomorrow, then I can paint and put the top on.
