Hi all,
Being new to South Africa also includes that we left our bikes at home in Germany.
Hence, we are looking for two adventure bikes in the Gauteng and surrounding provinces:
Honda XR 650 L
BMW F 650 GS Dakar (with Rotax motor)
For each bike, we have a budget of up to R45,000, obviously depending on the year, km's, extra equipment etc. Maybe we can augment the budget if its setup comes close to our idea:
We would add long-range fuel tanks, bash plates, bark busters, ets. and soft luggage systems (e.g. Wolfman or Adventure Spec) and the repsective racks making them as lightweight and versatile as possible.
