BMW 1150GS vs HONDA AFRICA TWIN WHICH ONE?

I have a major problem , I have got a Honda Africa Twin that is ultra reliable , goes well and has alot of extras , problem is I've always wanted a Beemer !! I ride pretyty slowly and the @twin always amazes me because it never overheats or misses a beat ,I can get a 2000 BMW 1150 gs with approx 76000 km on the clock for R60 000 , my Africa twin only has 45000 on the clock it is a 96 model and has a few minor dings on it , I can get R45000 for it. Although I ride slowly I do some pretty hard technical riding up small paths etc .

WHICH BIKE IS BEST ..... STUPID QUESTION , BUT i WOULD REALLY VALUE YOUR ADVICE !!
Things like reliability ,agility , maintenance costs etc ...and how DIY friendly it is !! I like to do my own maintenance. ???
