BMW F650GS - Cutting out problem

Hi All

My bike is a bit temperamental at the moment.  I have the following issues, so please any suggestions of what could be the cause would be appreciated.

• It cuts out while I ride, for no reason it will just cut out everything is dead.  I either have to stop, turn key off and back on, start it and all is
       fine, or what I do now when it happens, I turn key off while riding and back on and it will all be fine.  Yes, not sure how good that is for the
       bike, but when you lane splitting  and stuck between traffic, that is the safest option for me.  It has happened twice, that the electronic  
       are a bit confused and starts counting off my km left on a tank of fuel like seconds, but it all gets sorted when I fill up.

• Sometimes when I turn the key on, it will just be dead, nothing.  I then turn the key on and off while turning my handlebars and it will  
       come to life.  Think turning the handlebars are more for me than anything else.

• Only twice when the bike cut out while riding, it showed the error EWS.

I had the bike at BMW about 4 months ago and they replaced the ring antenna for the problem.  All was fine till 4 weeks ago when it all started again, so it is going back in middle September for them to check out what the problem could be, might be wiring related they say.

I’m now monitor it, this week so far.
Monday, cut out 3 times, was dead twice.
Tuesday, cut out 3 times, dead once – it cut out once, when I tried to accelerated quickly.
Wednesday, dead once.
Today all good so far.
