I have a 2004 Dakar (new style with 17 litre tank) which I use for both commuting and a bit of weekend fun. I was wondering what sort of fuel comsumption I am getting compared to other Dakar riders out there.
My petrol light currently comes after about 325 km which is when you have about 4 litres left in the tank so getting 25km/litre.
I would say that my driving style is not quite "drive like you stole it" but also not "driving miss daisy" so in english somewhere slightly on the more aggressive side but not a maniac.
What sort of km's are you guys getting from your Dakar?
