The zip on my jacket started acting up ...when I zip it up the teeth below the zipper thingy just came apart or separated ...so I took it back to BMW.
They used some type of tool and while I had a cup of coffee they fixed the zip again. It is a bit stiff now but working fine. I never knew this could be done.
What tool do they use to fix it?
