Before i head on into this battle just want to make sure that i'm doing the correct thing.
Problem:
Bike surges i.e. accelerates and taps off with constant throttle position very noticable below 2500rpm.
Took bike to local shop to check balancing. The digital gauges were bouncing around all over the place. The mechanic said i should check valve/tappet settings. Then throttle position sensor.
I recently tried ballancing the carbs and reset the TPS as per some threads i found on the net. this did improve it but it does still exist.
Any input would be greatly appreciated.
