Bought myself a pair of leather panniers off a BMW R50 - R69S series bike, and have mock-installed one onto my SW Motech pannier frames.
I reckon they are:
small, which is what I wanted,
neither trurly hard, nor soft, but rather 'firm'... (less chance of an injury - shaped fronts, compact, and will even give a little in an off...)
black, so onobtrusive, and not very 'pimp my ride' which suits me
good value, at well under R1k, A-N-D:
they require almost NO modification to fit the SW-Mothech pannier frames - how cool is that!!!
Your thoughts, gentle-dogs?
