Sold BMW R80GS for sale. 1981. Barn find. R35k Sold!!

I have an unrestored 'barn find' R80gs for sale.
Its complete with only the headlight /housing missing.
I have had it stored for a few years.
I bought it with the spark plugs out, as a result the motor does not turn over, I have not tried to 'force it'!
As the bike needed a complete restore I was going to be doing the motor as well.
It has matching serial numbers. Frame & engine.
It is not registered and I dont have papers.
It is not registered on the NATIS system. I have checked in 3 different NATIS/licencing centres in the country.
I have started the registration process, done it before with another BMW R50. Its a bit of a pain but certainly can be done. Of course, if you prepared to pay, you can get somebody to do it for you. As I said, I've done it before.
Process to date:

I have written to BMW Archives in Genrmany and have an email response detailing number & manufacture and specifications confirmation.

1. Date of manufacture.
2. Spec sheet for this specific serial number.
3. They dont have records of country of delivery, which they do sometimes have.
4. I do know that this bike was delivered into Africa, north of South africa, hence no NATIS.
5. I have a receipt for the bike when I purchased it 'as is / scrap'.
6. I also have a fair number of good spares that I have been collecting for the project. list & pics attached.

It was my intention of doing this up for my son however, I am looking at downsizing and already have an R80gs project on the go so I am going to sell it. I did consider stripping it & selling it off but that would be a shame, especially with the matching numbers etc.

8. Spares pic 7 - dash board lights fitting x 2. Inclusive of ignition switch with key.
9. Spares pic 8 - refurbished crash bars with side stand & pannier frame. Includes one pannier.
10. Spares pic 9 - 1 x rose exhaust nut. One headlight housing mounting bracket.
11. Spares pic 10 - 1 x good starter motor complete.
12. Spares pic 11 - 1x rear shock in good condition.
13. Spares pic 12 - full stainless standard exhaust system like brand new, including expander box etc.
14. Spares pic 13 - 2 x rear foor pegs & 3 x spare flickers & one lense.
15. Spares pic 14 - 1 x air filter box cover.

This is a full rebuild project. (as is)
