I plan on exploring the Northern Cape soon and could do with some advice.
I know practically nothing of the Northern Cape, particularly the Boesmanland region. When I pass through the NC, it is always on the N7 or west of it along coastal roads. The area between Springbok and Brandvlei is a complete mystery to me.
Which of the two roads are the nicest, if you only had opportunity to do one of them?:
1. The dirt road (red) from Loeriesfontein to Kliprand, to Gamoep, to Aggenys
2. The dirt road (blue) from Loeriesfontein directly North to Pofadder
Are there anything worth watching out for along the way?
