MARCAL
Pack Dog
So I have to share this. Helping a buddy fix his land rover and his father in law tells me over lunch that his sister ( estate agent) is selling a house and there is a bike in the garage that is in the way. Long story short its now in my garage , and I must say what a find.
Spend my childhood on the back of one of these criss crossing South Africa.
I don't even know the exact year model yet, maybe 81 ,still need to run the vin. But I know it's a Kawasaki z1000j. I am the second owner and the clock reads 19200km. The tools , owners manual etc is all there.
Now for the catch , it has not run in the last 20 years. So the idea is not to restore but rather to preserve.
I will post progress and will need all the help I can get.
