I am having a little problem with brake disc

Recently sent off rear caliper to be rebuilt, and decided to send disc for a proper skim at same time.

But disc does not want to fit on hub. Tried all possible alignments of holes, in photo can see the overlap of about 0.5mm of disc and hub ridges.

Popped disc in oven and baked it to 250degrees, and then with much persuasion (a hammer) was able to rotate it into place, but fit was so tight disc actually turned concave, so removed it again.

Any secrets of replacing discs onto a hub? Else I'll have to see if the dremel can sort it out.

Yes disc is facing correct direction, and although have not checked with winbrake, I think the chances of 2 X-challenge discs floating arround and getting confused very slim...

Will still clean the wheel...
