NOTE, this is not a brand bashing mission.
If your bike broke down and you fixed it right there, you were not stranded.
If you needed a vehicle to recover your bike, you were stranded.
If your bike broke down, you were towed by another bike and then your bike was repaired, you were not stranded.
I'm talking about terminal failure where it could NOT be fixed by anyone besides an agent.
