Cam chain tensioner - XR 600 (1986)

I'm looking for the clutch 'thingy' for the cam chain tensioner on my '86 XR 600.
The tensioner shaft should turn clockwise freely, but not anti-clockwise.
Please if anyone can help me out, PLEASE e-mail/SMS/call me? Thanks! (preferably in the western cape please)
