Camping spot with bass/yellow fishing +- 500km from JHB

Planning my first camping weekend trip with the GS, and I'm looking for a nice quiet (even wild camping) camping spot around 500km from JHB.

Preferably next to a river or dam where I can fish for Bass or Yellows, braai and read a bit.

Any recommendations?
