Can someone manufacture a worm gear for me?

Hi fellow dogs,

The worm gear (for the speedometer cable) in the front wheel of my Honda Ace 125 is a goner.  Honda does not sell them loose, so I need to buy the whole brake plate with all the fittings (R1250) in order to get this worm gear, that is plastic, and probably going to fail again.  I would like to find out if someone can manufacture a copy of this worm gear, say from aluminium?  Any thoughts to where I can go, or alternatives?  Engineering house, or 3D print?
