I am killing my Tenere. Just noticed the rear rim is disintegrating. Everything that can fall off has fallen off. Everything that can break has broken, with the exception of the engine. That engine starts first time, every-time. I have a box full off spares, brand new. 
No engine parts though! :thumleft:
Man, I know KTM's also have issues, but the KTM 950 Adventure I had never lost anything except the rider every now and again. ;D
Yeah, I know I'm not using the bike like the manufacturers intended it to be used, as they have told me every time I rocked up for a warranty, due to a catastrophic failure of a part, but hell man. What now!
Ai, and the services is so cheap on the bike, and the parts even cheaper. But once that warranty goes, its going to become way more expensive. How many times can a shock bottom out before a catastrophic failure occurs. The shocks are dialed to the max, front and rear. I mean, can't a man even go more than 50km/h over some whoops these days, for fark sakes!
Okay, I'll stop bitching.
Anybody want a slightly used Tenere. Comes with loads of spares. Selling now for the settlement value. PM me. I'll even wash the bike for you. Cape Town area only. If I have to ride the bike to Gauteng via the good roads, I might just arrive with the engine under my arm.
