Cape Town to Snow Valley?

I'm going via Baviaans, but for beyond that, I don't have much of a clue.

For those that know the area from Grahams Town to Snow Valley, are there any really good things to get my GPS to point me towards or through?

I'm looking for single track and jeep track to the places very less traveled. I'm more about the ride than the destination.

I have 2-3 days for this stretch and can do about 400k's without refuel in reasonably technical stuff.

Here's my basic route - see attached.

Can you improve it?
