IMHO you must submit your pic ....058.jpg in the Wilddogs photo compo for this month. It is awesome! That feeling of challenge and solitude is real when you see photos like that.

What camera did you use?.........................I used a Canon Power Shot SX10 IS . To be honest it was way too big and cumbersome and got tired of taking it out my backpack everytime I wanted to take a picture, so just hung it around my neck like a tourist (which I was I guess) Not the ideal situation. What I like about it is the 20 x optical zoom and it takes almost an hour of video, the quality of which is far better than I expected. Had to ride holding the camera in one hand though, for the action shots and a couple of times had to drop it when things got tricky. At times really thought I was going to video my own crash :biggrin:
