Career and life advice .

I've been in the same dead end job since 2003 ,bored , frustrated not getting anywhere.
Anyone feel the same and have any ideas ?
I feel limited with opportunities in SA ,I don't have any degrees ,not many people want to give you a chance these days .

Would appreciate some advice .
