I noticed that the chain on my XRL is shedding a rubber o-ring, or part of the o-rings, here and there. Should I see this as an indication that it's time to replace the chain? Otherwise the chain still feels fine and the sprockets look good too.
I do have a new chain and sprockets, but I've been too lazy to install them. :-[
