Changed computers-How do I swop the maps?

I bought the SA maps through the internet and does not have a cd from which I can copy the maps.  I do have the unlock codes and things for my SA maps, but how do I get the maps on my laptop if I din't have the cd.

Don't laugh at me, I am computer shy.  Only now a few basics!
