Ok so I've got a colleague here from the states for a month, and he'd like to have something to run around on. Now as far as I know the cheapest bike to rent is a KLR for R6/R700 a day, so what he's thinking of doing is buying a small cheap 200 or 250 like a TW or a djebel and then selling it after a month.
So some questions, what about registering it for a month? Necessary or could he just delay that and ask the seller nicely not to de-register it for a month?
Good idea or not? Any other options of getting on a bike for a month that won't cost an arm and a left nut?
