I see a new startup company building a carplay unit for a bike. I have in 2 of my vehicles and works very well. Gps, 2 cameras and carplay with a bmw canbus and tpms available. You get 2 cameras with blind spot warning. Just not removable like the rest. After the Navigator’s ghosting and no aftersales this might be the solution!
My concern is the newness of the company, released 2023. Not cheap at around 15k , but does it spell the end of garmin?

I suppose time will tell. If I did not stick a xt2 Garmin on last year this might be an option
