Just before the turn off to the sand river in the middle of nothing you find this. I reckon the farmers were tired of the wives gossiping, while they were buying and selling lives stock, so they came up with something for them to do

Then their was the dude that decided to wash my screen

Sunrise at the camp

We decided that we did not need tents as it was so nice out

Some ice cream and cold drinks for my two hero's, before the long hall into the night

My kind of riding. In the mountains

My two hero's

Supper and refreshments for the last night at zenanadi

How many partners would do this
Kept a close eye on Eben
Road full of surprises to keep you alert
The route of my First tumble. Notice the huge snake track next to Rikus's bike
The damage after the tumble. Steering was bent, so i was doing a short left while the bike was going straight for the rest of the day. Rikus helped me repair about 90% at the camp, with aid of pipes supplied by the camp staff
More refreshments for the last night. Local amaroela bear
Getting refreshments, as the locals show of there rides
"Groot" marico, not sutch a groot place. I was really surprized. No wander no one can find "Klein" Marico. That must be a really small place.
Greatest riding partners
Told you the angels were riding with you. 8).

[member=17553]MRK Miller[/member] , ek love daai foto van die boereworsrolle met die blikkies smoor & baked beans. Ek stap dikwels deur daai rak in my local supermark en sit my aan die dagdroom van lekker bike trips  :thumleft:

I haven't figured out how that recording kuk works on my old Garmin. Most of the time we were lost, so it is pointless gooi-ing the planned tracks because that is not where we rode  :p
Got to finish this RR tonight and also do a bit of planning for the upcomming weekend. Will check if I can figure out the track recordings thing (I'm sure I would have needed to save something)

What Garmin model?
Does it have a track recording function?

Duh - same as mine - saw it on your bike....  :imaposer:

OK - plug it into your PC - open Basecamp (I assume you are using that?) - go to Device - Receive from Device - tracks - it will download all the track data from the last time you reset. The tracks appear in the box at the bottom on the left - depending on the frequency you set on the device, you will wind up with many points on your track (my track from yesterday from Loskop was 2500 points....  )
You can turn these to a single track by working on them in BaseCamp or MapSource.....

Dunno if that helps - hope it does!!

Sometimes I will do the weirdest **** at inopportune times. My tool tube is kept closed with thin cable tie (of which I have hundreds) and for some reason , at this breakdown, I decided I needed to save that little cable tie.... by  trying to open it with the recently oversharpened blade of my leatherman. *******!

bloody cheapskate. I even bought him new cable ties the next morning so he would not cut off another finger
